Grand opening May 2021!.

We have a new location in the Netherlands, perfect for in-class cosmetic making workshops, plus a state of the art laboratory "clean" room for making all our skin care products. Plus a "mud" room for the creation of colour pigments and coloured cosmetics.

In Toronto, we introduced two new classes: The Art of Making Advanced Makeup which included the safe use of essential oils in makeup and the aroma-therapeutic applications especially for use in the treatment of Rosacea and Acne.  Also included was how to make pressed powder makeup, liquid foundations plus much more!

The other workshop was the art of making soap cakes, decorations and cup cake soap with cold process soap. The students learnt how to pipe successfully and produced some really lovely cupcakes and soap /cupcake combined in one cake.


This year the Institute of Aromatherapy celebrates 30 years of service, we are recognized by the Federation of Holistic Therapists FHT in the UK and The Canadian Examining Board of Health Care Practitioners in Canada.
 
We have certified classes in Holistic Skin Care, Aromatherapy and a Diploma Course in Cosmetic Making. We offer a chance for students to change and transform themselves, in both their personal and professional lives.

As well as in-class studies, we offer courses such as the Aromatology and the Cosmetic Making classes as e courses for distance learning.
We look forward to another year of excitement and development, whether you are just looking for personal growth, to add to your current therapies offered in your clinic, or going for a complete career change.

We currently offer cosmetic making courses in Canada, the Netherlands and in the UK.

The Aroma Shoppe and Institute of Aromatherapy is a Registered and Accredited College with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and also accredited in Canada with the Canadian Examining Board of Health Care Practitioners.
